Doctor and office workers extremely nice and took good care of my senior dog

Recently visited one of their wellness days which was such a great deal and I hope they continue with it. The facility was so nice and clean. Staff was excellent and took time with my pets. Two of my dogs can be nervous when going to the vet but they had no problem at ACC Anderson. Location is convenient to my house and love they offer emergency/urgent care. The technician that worked with my pets was above amazing! Will definitely be back!

We took our 11 year old cat to Animal care center on a tuesday and they waived the price for all the shots we needed with the purchase of a wellness exam, Also there was no waiting in line, The staff were super nice to our cat Momo and us. The team was fast and very professional and Momo loved everyone as well.

My 11 year old pup needed an emergency surgery. He was at a nearby hospital and ACC Anderson worked him into their booked schedule to get the surgery done. They took great care of him and he came home feeling so much better. And they did it for thousands of dollars less than the hospital would have been. I can’t say enough good things about ACC- I 100% trust them with my dog’s life. Thankful to have a trusted vet to take care of senior pup.

Staff was extremely friendly and the cost (for an emergency visit) was surprisingly reasonable. Very pleased with the experience.

Vet tech Morgan is especially knowledgeable and always kind to everyone and has a smile on her face

Animal Care Center-Anderson has done a phenomenal service taking care of my two cats the 3 times I’ve visited to date.Vets & techs are knowledgeable in their treatments, clear in explaining care, cost consciousness, and focused on helping our pets be as calm/comfortable with them and exams as possible.Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this location and the vets here.— Specific Details —My younger cat (5yo) was first brought in after a bad experience at last vet for routine vaccinations. I advised them she is known to be extremely nervous at vets, having panic attacks, hissing, scrambling to get away, etc. We had her on gabapentin for visit. They took time with her to greet and comfort, before doing the exam. Efficiently completed the vaccines without any issues (I had to leave other place after 3 failed vaccine tries) and completed a full exam. She hissed, but didn’t have a full panic, which was great to see.My older cat (9yo) was brought in for swollen lip, chin acne, and alopecia. I advised them she is known to have no issues at vets, though last vet she did go to back room and supposedly require a “handling fee.” They were able to exam her and we narrowed down the likely allergy cause. She also left with a “good girl” review from vet and tech.My older cat returned for a follow up and once again proved her “good girl” review. She met with another vet and tech (due to rescheduling on my part), and they did a fantastic job following up on where care was with the other vet on site, what improvements we had been hoping to see, and how to continue care.

Dr Alyssa and her staff are absolutely amazing, patient, and kind. They made my anxious rescue have the best field trip ever and it was to the vet lol. My boy prior to her, who passed, was only *not* anxious with vets when he saw Dr Alyssa as well. They helped me so much toward the end of his life too. Couldn’t recommend them more. And the techs are just as amazing!
